The Public Aviation Domain consists of the entire airport right-of-way, in accordance with article L.2111-16 of the General Code of Public Property Ownership (CGPPP). 

The occupation and use of premises in the Public Aviation Domain are governed by a contract for temporary occupation authorization (AOT) which is subject to the “General Terms and Conditions” (GTC) applicable to all AOT of Marseille Provence Airport -> See GTC

In return for exercising an activity in the public aeronautical domain, the Holder pays a fee for use of Public Property-> See Airport fees and charges
