Economic Regulation Agreement 2026-2030
Marseille Provence Airport has entered into an Economic Regulation Agreement with the French government, under a special fund arrangement, covering the period from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.
This agreement provides economic certainty regarding investments within the regulated scope, the quality of services provided to users, and the maximum rate of increase for airport public service fees.

NOTICE INFORMING USERS OF THE ANNUAL CONSULTATION ON CHANGES TO AIRPORT CHARGES
This notice is published pursuant to:
Article L.6325-7 of the French Transport Code, which provides for the procedures for informing and consulting airport users;
Article R.6325-61 of the French Transport Code, which provides that an Economic Consultative Committee shall be held at least once a year;
Articles 2 and 8 of the Order of 12 August 2025 relating to user consultations on airport charges, which define the content of the consultation file.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Transport Code relating to user consultations on airport charges, Aéroport Marseille Provence hereby informs all airport users that the annual consultation on airport charges will be held on 31 August 2026.
Users wishing to be consulted as part of this procedure are invited to submit the following information to Aéroport Marseille Provence no later than 14 August 2026:
Their traffic forecasts for Marseille-Provence Airport;
Their forecasts regarding the composition and planned use of their fleet;
Their development projects;
Their requirements at Marseille-Provence Airport;
Data relating to their existing traffic.
This information must be submitted using the template available for download below.

In accordance with paragraph II of Article L.6325-7 of the French Transport Code, the above-mentioned information must be accompanied by a signed confidentiality undertaking, drawn up using the template made available below by Aéroport Marseille Provence.

Subject: Annual user consultation - Airport charges
After verifying the completeness and compliance of the submitted documents, users who have provided all required information within the prescribed deadline, together with a compliant confidentiality undertaking, will receive the consultation file relating to the Economic Consultative Committee and will be invited to submit their opinion no later than 28 August 2026. Any incomplete request or request received after the deadline cannot be taken into account as part of this consultation.
Aéroport Marseille Provence undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by users in accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Transport Code.
The opinions collected as part of this consultation will be analysed by Aéroport Marseille Provence and forwarded to the competent authorities under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations.
