OUR INNOVATIONS

Proven in the real world

EXPERIENCES,

is already bringing solutions to life in real-world conditions.
Some improve the passenger journey, while others transform the way we work.
They all share the same requirement: proving their value in the real world.

HUBWAY: AI at the service of passengers

One of our most advanced projects is Hubway, an AI-powered conversational assistant supporting passengers in 30 languages, 24/7, to guide and reassure them throughout their journey.
First deployed in Terminal 1 and then gradually expanded, the solution has already generated more than 2,000 minutes of conversations with passengers, making Marseille Provence Airport the first airport to test the solution on this scale.

SKALINK: Human support, just a click away

A video assistance solution that allows passengers to connect remotely with a member of our team. Internal data shows 1,463 calls, more than 20 requests per day on average and an average satisfaction rating of 4.8/5.

 Flaneuse

LES FLANEUSES: Turning waiting time into an experience

Results show that 99% of users are satisfied, while 89% say the experience made them want to spend more time in the airport’s shops.

BIOMETRICS: A seamless journey

Using technology to make the passenger journey smoother

As the first French airport to introduce a complete biometric journey, Marseille Provence Airport is using technology to make travel smoother. Thanks to facial recognition, passengers can check in, drop off their bags and board more quickly, without having to present their documents at every stage.

RESULT

Bag drop in under five minutes, simpler procedures and a faster, more intuitive and more seamless journey, giving passengers greater autonomy.

APOC

Connecting data, operations and decision-making

With the Airport Operations Center (APOC), inaugurated in 2025, Marseille Provence Airport has entered a new era of airport operations management. Acting as the airport’s digital brain, the APOC centralises and shares operational data in real time, providing a 360-degree view of airport operations.

Flights, resources, passenger flows, airside activities and unexpected events: all stakeholders have access to the same information at the same time.

RESULT

Better anticipation, greater responsiveness and more efficient operations for the benefit of airlines, employees and passengers.
