Different roles.
One shared ambition: to make things happen.
Innovation Catalysts are employees from across the airport’s different business areas, working alongside the Innovation team.
Their role is to identify needs and opportunities, support those with new ideas, contribute to project assessment, and foster a culture of innovation throughout the company.
They are the link between real-world needs and solutions.
