Since the appearance of the Coronavirus Covid-19, Marseille Provence Airport teams are still engaged to welcome, inform and guide passengers.
Modification of flights programs
The French Government has announced the need to reduce long-distance transport to the bare minimum. Consequently, and in the current geopolitical context, most airlines adapt their flight programs according to the travel restrictions. We advise you to contact your airline for a flight landing in a few days.
Consolidation of all operations on Terminal 1
Since Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 Hall A are currently closed, all flights are operated from / to Terminal 1 Hall B.
Please note that given the unavailability of services as well as most of the shops at the airport, passengers are invited to make arrangements, in particular for dining.
If you take off from Marseille Provence and your trip is essential, we recommend that you consult the travel restrictions set up according to your destination, on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. We also advise you to check the conditions for entering the destination territory.
Access restrictions to France and to French Overseas territories are now in place. Every traveler is requested to fill out and carry one of the following travel certificates according to his situation:
The document is to be presented before boarding, as well as to border control authorities.
Please note that the borders of the Schengen Area / European Union are currently closed. All trips beyond these areas are suspended for 30 days. French people currently abroad, who want to join their country, are invited to contact their local Embassy and their airline.
What to do if your flight is canceled?
We advise you to contact your airline to find out the conditions applied. You can also contact your travel agency if you have booked your trip there.
What if you wish to cancel or postpone your trip?
