Who are we? Who- are we?
Constantly reinventing a century of expertise
Our airport is home to more than 140 companies and 4,500 employees, including 370 employees of Aéroport Marseille Provence.
We want to be in tune with a region that is at the forefront of major transitions, accelerating our transformation towards a sustainable growth model that continues to develop the connectivity essential to the region while minimising its impact. We welcome more than 11 million passengers a year while limiting the number of aircraft movements, making Marseille Provence Airport the second largest airport in France for freight and the third largest for passenger traffic.
Our vocation is not that of a simple airport manager, but that of a player committed to its region, continuing to get involved beyond our direct responsibilities in order to create a positive impact on the dynamism of Provence, its attractiveness, its development, its decarbonisation, its economy and its jobs, contributing on our own scale to opening up the skies of Provence to a world of more responsible travel.

Embark on more than 100 years of evolution and innovation

Our values
Entrepreneurial spirit
Everything we do reflects our desire to push boundaries and seize opportunities. We dare to innovate and bounce back.
Trust
Openness to the world is essential for the fulfilment of our employees, our customers, our region and our future.
Sharing
We make diversity a strength and transparency a requirement. Convinced that we can only go far and sustainably together, we share our successes and support initiatives in our region.
Commitment
Openness to the world is essential for the fulfilment of our employees, our customers, our region and our future world.
Our ambitions 2030
This means developing our airline routes in close collaboration with regional stakeholders to meet the needs of our region, while promoting it internationally. It also means limiting negative externalities on local residents and optimising accessibility to the airport while developing public transport links.
Our challenge is to make the airport experience a promise of pleasure rather than a necessary evil with no added value. We have set ourselves the challenge of digitising all points of contact to increase efficiency and meet our customers' need for autonomy, while offering value-added services to those who need them most.
Being committed to our region means being at the heart of industrial synergies and collaboration between local players, contributing to the influence and attractiveness of our region. From a local biofuel production sector to the operation of an entire carbon-free energy ecosystem and the implementation of a value-added land development site, there is no shortage of examples!
Particularly at this pivotal moment, when we are collectively contributing to the transformation of an entire industry, our nearly 400 employees are the direct instigators. With a desire to be a benchmark employer, we aim to attract the best profiles and retain them by developing each individual's skills and leadership.
Developing all of these projects requires sound, controlled and long-term management of our finances, combining financial and non-financial levers. Measuring and steering our non-financial value creation will have a virtuous effect that can be reinvested in a more sustainable future.
